SAM Executive Board

While all positions may be filled, there are always opportunities to contribute such as shadowing or mentoring with existing officers.

Our organization is broken into two high-level groups: External Affairs and Internal Affairs.

SAM welcomes those who wish to learn about a specific area in student organization management to contact us at info.samsjsu@gmail.com

Internal Affairs

Workforce and Talent Management (HR) – Position Available

  • Finance – Leo Yang

  • Technology – Ryan Er

    • Procure and set-up any needed hardware and software for SAM’s engagements.

    Operations

    Co-Presidents – Sterling M Granger & Huy Quach

  • The president represents SAM’s major interests of education, networking and empowerment with outside entities. Building and maintaining relationships with these entities is the first priority for the president, as it ensures a wider network and more value-add for members.

Officer positions are open to any member of SAM, although we recommend most new members join as “shadows” of existing officers to learn the ropes.
